Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Central Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation on display in their on-site restaurant. Nestled in a location that offers convenient access to local attractions, the hotel sets a delightful stage for an elegant dining experience. As a landscape photographer who often seeks inspiration in nature's wild beauty, I found the ambiance here refreshing. My meal began with a vibrant salad, which showcased a variety of local ingredients-thoughtfully presented and brimming with flavor. The main course, a tender piece of grilled meat, was complemented by seasonal vegetables that spoke to the essence of the region. I did find the breakfast choices somewhat limited, particularly considering the price paid; however, the freshly prepared coffee and croissants captured a sense of comfort that made my mornings enjoyable. The indoor pool offered a retreat after long days spent exploring the city's rich history, while the health club provided me with the opportunity to unwind. The Central Hotel excels in its culinary offerings and service, rewarding those who appreciate a thoughtful meal in charming surroundings. It's an inviting choice for fellow food enthusiasts traveling to Odessa.
